The tubular filter press is a membrane high-pressure filter press with a cylindrical shape, and the filtering pressure can reach 100 bar. With such high filtration pressure, liquid and solid can be separated to a greater extent.

Outstanding performance

The porosity and water content of filter cake are obviously lower than those of low pressure filter press. Therefore, the recovery rate of filtrate is higher.

The filtration is completed under a certain pressure, and the surface of the filter cake is hard, dry and blocky. The available data show that the dry solid output rate per unit filtering area of tubular filter press is much higher than that of vacuum filter or plate and frame filter press. The solid content of the filtrate is usually close to zero and can be discharged or recycled directly.

Fully automatic control
