Operation and maintenance of cone crusher

1. Preparation before driving

(1) Wear work clothes, safety helmets, gloves, masks and other protective articles.

(2) Check whether the screws of each part are loose, whether there are obstacles around the motor equipment, and whether there are ores or sundries in the crushing chamber. Correct the tension of the belt, and tighten all spring screws.

(3) Check whether the clearance of ore discharge outlet meets the requirements. The clearance of pys-d1324 cone ore breaking and discharging opening is maintained at 30-45 mm, and that of pys-d1608 cone ore breaking and discharging opening is maintained at 13-15 mm.

(4) Check whether the power supply is normal and whether the electrical protection system is intact.

2. In operation

(1) When the oil temperature is heated to 25-30 ℃, start the oil pump motor for 5-10 minutes, check the working condition of the lubrication system, the oil pressure is 0.11-0.18mp, observe that the oil return of the oil return pipe is normal, and the oil quality meets the requirements, then start the main motor.

(2) Every hour, check that the temperature of the oil supply and return pipeline in the lubrication station is not more than 50 ℃, the oil return volume is sufficient, and the oil level in the oil tank is normal. There is no oil leakage in the lubricating pipeline or the conical body of the oil pump.

(3) After the crusher operates at no load for 1-2 minutes, the belt can be opened and the ore feeding can be started. The ore feeding can be full. Pay attention to whether the ore feeding is normal, especially for the ore with much mud and high moisture, and prevent the ore from blocking the ore feeding port.

(4) Pay attention to observe whether the ore feeding chute, crushing chamber and ore discharge funnel are blocked. Prevent non broken objects from entering the crushing chamber. If any metal objects fall into the crusher, stop and take them out immediately.

(5) During operation, regularly check the thin oil lubrication system, maintain the height of the oil surface in the oil tank, the output oil pressure is not lower than the rated oil pressure (0.8kg/c ㎡), and the return oil temperature is not higher than 45 ℃.

(6) Check whether the equipment, dust-proof water pipe and cooling water pipe are in good condition. Always listen to whether the rotation sound of the bevel gear of the crusher is normal and whether the motor operates normally. Observe the current of the main motor, it is not allowed to exceed the rated current, and the motor temperature is lower than 60 ℃.

3. Parking

(1) During normal shutdown, the ore feeding should be stopped first, and the main motor can be stopped only after all the ores in the crusher are removed, and then the oil pump motor can be stopped.

(2) Check all parts of the crusher carefully after shutdown, and deal with problems in time if found.

4. Precautions

(1) Pay attention to prevent excessive oil pressure. If the oil pressure exceeds 2 kg /cm2, it will spill and hurt people.

(2) During the operation inspection, ensure that the protective cover of the coupling is in good condition to prevent the coupling screws from shaking and flying out to hurt people; Prevent the connection from stretching and oil splashing when the pressure is too high.
